Dip Tubing CUT to size

McKernan Packaging Clearing House is able to offer custom dip tube lengths for most wholesale and surplus fine mist sprayers, lotion pumps, treatment pumps, foamer pumps, and trigger sprayers. McKernan has over 20 machines in our warehouse dedicated to reworking dip tubes.

When a wholesale fine mist sprayer is listed without a dip tube, McKernan will produce a custom length dip tube at no additional charge for that sprayer. McKernan carries several sizes of tubing in stock and can rework many sprayers or pumps. Using state-of-the-art equipment, McKernan can run approximately 120,000 units per day.

When a dip tube is too long, McKernan has the capability to shorten the dip tube on a majority of sprayers and pumps for a nominal fee. Additional charges may be necessary for sprayers and pumps that are outside of the standard or for metal shelled items.

If the dip tube is too short, McKernan can replace it with a longer dip tube. There is a minimum charge for each step in the process, not including the cost of new tubing. For example: a tube needs to be 4 inches long, instead of 2 inches. There is a charge to remove the 2-inch tube, another charge to place the new tube, a charge to cut the new tube to 4 inches, plus the cost of the new tubing.
